Brian Mickelson is the owner and operator of Minnesota Tree Surgeons LLC. An ISA Certified Arborist, Brian has 20 years of tree care experience. He got his start trimming park trails and producing firewood for Three Rivers Park District and has a background in rock climbing.

Rob Allanson got his start in the tree service industry with Minnesota Tree Surgeons. He has been climbing trees for 5 years. Excellent at both tree removal and trimming, Rob is a great asset to the company. When Rob is not climbing, you can find him at local courses around the Twin Cities Metro as he is also a Pro disc golfer.

Ross Dekraayhas been employed with MTS for 8 years. He is lead equipment operator and onsite foreman. He is a great asset to the company as he can operate any equipment needed to get the job done, and done safely. Ross loves hunting and fishing, and showing others the beauty of the outdoors.

Ryan Anderson is an ISA Certified Arborist. He has been doing tree work since 2006. His experience in the canopy is second to none. He competes regularly in the Minnesota Tree Climbing Championships. Ryan is married with three children. Ryan loves hunting, fishing, and doing the dad thing.
